This workshop has been created for Reflexology professionals only. Utilizing Father Josef's Method of Reflexology the purpose of this advanced training is to provide you with powerful new tools and techniques for helping you and your clients to better health. These techniques have been proven to be both safe and highly effective. The delivery method of the information is 1/3 lecture and 2/3 hands-on practice-even working on Father Josef himself! The workshop is demanding and rewarding. The inclusion of the Chinese theory of Yin and Yang gives you a convincing explanation of how and why reflexology works. There s a week's worth of training packed into two days. What you will learn:  Some new reflex locations  The benefits of deep pressure  Advanced techniques for most reflexes  New techniques using a wooden dowel  Yin-yang and the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine  New full color chart with the reflexes and the 5 Elements together A Certificate of Attendance is awarded with 12 hours CEU approved by ARCB . This workshop are currently taught by long time assistant to Fr. Josef and original FJM teacher Irina Breslav.
